I thought maybe I should back up a little....Kinda tell you about life after 'Deal or no Deal. Just wanted to thank our fans for watching and supporting our show for 4 seasons. It was an amazing ride! I started working on the show for the first episode of the pilot and was there for every episode until the last day of the fourth season. I met some wonderful people and some of my very best friends. It was a job that anyone would be excited to have and I truly tried to embrace it everyday I stood on that stage. From our always riveting backstage conversations to the many moments we had on camera...I wouldn't trade those memories for the world. I'm getting sad just writing this! Needless to say, life goes on....
Our last day of filming was September 12, 2008. Two weeks later, I married the man of my dreams, John Doll. We had anticipated filming again in October. In fact, I planned my honeymoon around it. But those dates got canceled and the dates after that and every day after that. But, I went on my honeymoon thinking I still had a job when I returned. We ended up going to Bali, Indonesia for 10 days and had the best experience! Our hotel and the surrounding beaches were to die for and the people were so welcoming. When I returned from my honeymoon we did some appearances and fun press events. We even got to do the Ellen Show. That may have been the last time I saw most of those girls. And YES...we really do get along and I miss them dearly. My living in OC sometimes makes it hard to get together. But I do regularly see Lauren, Ursula and Krissy. We work out together, do lunch, shop and always have a blast when we're together.
Lately, Lauren and I have been in the kitchen...baking. Which is kinda what I wanted to introduce to you. Over the years of modeling, I've naturally tried to find ways to be fit and healthy. When I met John, he told me he had Celiac disease, which is a gluten allergy. He cannot have anything with wheat because his body just can't digest it. Our lives over the course of our relationship has been changed by the absence of gluten. Our way of eating has evolved and we love finding new, healthy recipes and ways to eat without wheat. It was kind of an easy switch for me because, before I met him, I had pretty much cut out carbs all together. Over time, I've learned that my body needed carbs, but it needed the right carbs. John's about to launch a website right now that encompasses everything he's learned about his journey sans gluten. I'll keep you posted when it launches. You're not gonna wanna miss this site. It's for anyone that wants to eat and be healthier. It's got recipes, videos, journals...It tells you what to eat and what no to eat and even gives you grocery lists to make shopping easy. I'm telling you, it will change your life!!
Well, recently Lauren and I decided to start baking. In our hours of standing on stage next to each other, we talked about creating a dessert line that is clean and healthy. We love our sweets but we try to keep the sugar in our diet to a minimum. We can't wait to show you what we're up to!
We're really excited about our upcoming projects and in the meantime, I'm still modeling. I signed with another agency in San Diego so I'm driving all over creation. I've been doing a lot of print work lately and loving it. After all these years, I still love modeling. It's something different everyday.
Thanks for reading. I know this was a lot but I had to catch you up : )
Take care and have a wonderful evening!

My very first blog post

Had a great photo shoot today with the fabulous Mike Colon at The Lab in Costa Mesa. It provided many colorful and funky backdrops. When I got home, I started working on my website. Can't wait til this new website (sarabronson.net) launches! It's got a lot of fun moments from the last few years on 'Deal' and other modeling jobs.
