Oh and another thing....

I suggest just jumping in to this 5 day FAT FLUSH. Don't think about it...Just DO IT!
It's not your typical fat flush, because you're actually eating normal food. I know....wierd, HUH?! ; ) It's not hard to stay on track. I've seen some flush's require you to only eat fruit, cabbage or the craziest one I've EVER heard of, hot dogs bananas and eggs. People go to many lengths to lose a few pounds. Why not lose some weight, and eat well balanced meals while you're at it! If 5 days seems too long, start with one, two or three days. You'll be amazed at how much you can do. And you can try it all for FREE. Sign up for the 7 day free profile assessment on GLUTENFREEDAILY.COM just to do the fat flush and cruise the site if you want.
I just want to encourage you to set a goal for yourself. Whether it's before the New Year or on January 1st. Tell yourself you can achieve this and you may be amazed to find you can. Encourage yourself with positive reinforcement in the New Year. Negative comments will only damage your spirits. I promise...you can do anything you put your mind to!! Go for it and let me know how it all works out for you.

5 day FAT FLUSH

Tomorrow seems like a great day to start a fat flush...don't you think?! I mean, the whole month of December it seems like we're bombarded with sweets and comfort foods. And many of us give into these temptations. Start the week off right with a fat flush on Monday morning. Cleanse your system from all the sugar and toxins and feel great by New Year's!
I really wanted to post some Holiday recipes from Gluten Free Daily but things were pretty hectic so, I apologize. I baked, a lot! I made Baskets filled with Chocolate Peanut butter balls (made with all natural crunchy preanut butter, organic powdered sugar, brown rice cocoa krispies, a dashof GF Vanilla extract and a pinch of salt with GF chocolate drizzled on top...YUM!) I also made some Mexican Hot chocolate, Pumpkin Spice cookies, Tamari almonds (wheat free) and my favorite Nutty Granola. For Christmas Eve we were at my Mom's all day and I brought a pumpkin cheesecake with a GF yellow cake crust. And then for Christmas we started at John's Grandma's, then my Dad and family came over to our house for Christmas dinner. John made a Cumin scented Tri Tip roast, GF Mac and Cheese and I made a GF Apple Crumble with a Graham Cracker Crust. Everything was so delicious!! But I'm telling you, I need this flush as much as anyone. We love food and everything that goes along with it. Eating it, reading about it and cooking it.
On glutenfreedaily.com you can enjoy fun new ways to prepare old favorites! Start the New Year off feeling great. You deserve it : )

Free Profile Assessment

Just made my Zesty Meatloaf, gluten free of course! If you like spice, you'll love this Meatloaf. It's posted on Glutenfreedaily.com if you're interested in making it for yourself. You can sign up for a free profile assessment and have access to the whole site for 7 days. After your free 7 day trial, you have the option to sign up for the monthly subscription of just $9.99/month. It's an essential tool to keep yourself on track with your health and fitness goals. There are many sites out there but none with the amount of gluten free resources this site provides. I love it also for the daily journals, the progress charts and the fitness clips. It keeps my diet and exercise from getting stagnant. I can refer to recipes and see a complete list of GF items that my local grocery store carries as well. It makes living Gluten Free easy! And I don't know about you, but I love to see my progress and know each day I'm getting closer to my health and fitness goals.
I had an amazing workout this morning: One hour of weights and 30 minutes of intense cardio. Then had a wonderful lunch of steamed broccoli and a slice of my Zesty Meatloaf. For an afternoon snack, I'm baking my GF Cherry Almond Flax Granola.....Yum! And once again, this recipe is the site. You'll love it. In my baking, I use all natural sugars. Nothing processed or refined. So you know, that each ingredient your having is benefitting your body.
Enjoy!
