My new favorite go to breakfast! Eggs, bacon, cheese...mix together and throw in your waffle maker.
*Check to see if your waffle make has a lip or else your eggs will leak everywhere.
Once it's done, cut into quarters, serve on toast (Udi's Gluten Free bread in our case) and everyone has a perfect little breakfast sandwich. Can't wait to try other variations. This was my first attempt and it was kid and husband approved!!
Seriously, so easy.
